Protection of minors
PawMatch is designed for responsible pet adoption, lost pet alerts and community support. Any behavior that harms, exploits, sexualizes, grooms or endangers minors is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited content
Users may not upload, send, request, promote or link to content that sexually exploits, abuses, depicts, endangers or targets minors.
Prohibited behavior
Grooming, coercion, sexual conversations with minors, attempts to move minors to unsafe channels, threats, blackmail and predatory behavior are banned.
Moderation
Reports are reviewed and violating accounts, profiles, messages or posts may be removed, restricted or permanently suspended.
User reporting
Users can report suspicious profiles, messages, posts or behavior from inside the app, and may also contact our safety team by email.
Safety contact
Reports about child safety can be sent to reportes@pawmatch.app or soporte@pawmatch.app. Urgent legal requests may also be directed to soporte@pawmatch.app.
Law enforcement
When required by applicable law, PawMatch may preserve information and report suspected child sexual exploitation and abuse to relevant authorities.

PawMatch tiene tolerancia cero contra la explotacion y el abuso sexual infantil. Esta politica aplica a todos los usuarios, perfiles, publicaciones, mensajes, reportes e interacciones dentro de la aplicacion.
Contenido prohibido
No se permite publicar, enviar, solicitar, promover o enlazar contenido que explote, abuse, sexualice, represente, ponga en riesgo o apunte a menores.
Conductas prohibidas
Se prohibe el grooming, la coercion, la solicitud sexual a menores, el chantaje, la sextorsion, el acoso y cualquier conducta predatoria.
Reportes
Los usuarios pueden reportar perfiles, publicaciones, mensajes o comportamientos sospechosos desde la app o escribiendo a reportes@pawmatch.app.
Medidas
Podemos eliminar contenido, restringir funciones, suspender cuentas, bloquear usuarios y cooperar con autoridades cuando corresponda legalmente.
